Shree Rajasthan Syntex Ltd. (SRSL) has signed various MoUs with State level / Central Government departments to implement skill programs like DDU-GKY, PMKVY, ISDSetc. with an objective to create entry level livelihood opportunities under the fast and large growing textile industry by imparting skill training and using training infrastructure of mills in SRSL Group.
To fill the shortage of skilled manpower in textile industry, group mills within SRSL group have been motivated to establish functional training centres incorporating the Standard Operating Procedures laid out by the respective Ministries . 3 nos. training centres equipped with the training facilities and trainers are fully operational at Dungarpur having online biometric attendance, audio visual aids , pilot machines and well laid out training centres.
