3.	Mr. N.N. Agrawala	Post Graduate from IIM Ahmedabad. Served as Chief Executive at Dungarpur Plant for 20 years having insight of yarn manufacturing.
4.	Mrs. Manju Datta	Mrs. Manju Datta has majors in English Literature from Lucknow University, was the Principal of Noble International School during the period from April 2001 to March 2003. She was also the owner of Children’s Academy during the period of January 1981 to March 1985. She has also served as a teacher for a period of 4 years in St. Anne’s School and St. Mary’s Convent Sr. Sec. School, Udaipur.She had also worked with Ministry of Cultural affairs in Delhi from 1963 to 1965 and as Branch Manager for 2 years in VOLTAS Ltd. She is financially literate and has understanding of it. She is appointed as an Independent Director of the Company.
5.	Mr. Sandeep Kumar Jain	He is a Graduate in Commerce from Commerce College, Jaipur, University of Rajasthan.He has passed Intermediate Exam of Institute of Chartered Accountants of India. He has passed O Level Certificate in Computer Software, issued by DOEACC, Government of India.He is a Fellow Member of ICSI and having experience of about 20 years as a Practicing Company Secretary. He is a Registered Valuer (Securities or Financial Assets) and an Insolvency Professional. He is appointed as Additional Director (Independent).
